At the beginning of the year, you need to go to GoGuardian Teacher and view your Pending Classes. At this time, you will only want to Activate your S1 or Year-long courses.
At the beginning of S2, you will want to Archive your S1 courses and Activate your S2 courses. S2 courses may still be in "Pending" or even in "Archived". In Pending, mark the S2 courses as Active. In Archive, look for courses with a blue badge with a "C". These need to be restored to Pending, and then marked Active.
You may also want to be sure S1 courses are now marked "Archived"
At the end of the year, you will want to Archive all active courses.
