Archiving Previous Years Google Class

VERY important to do…

1.  Log into your classroom

2. Find your class from the previous year (example: 2023-24)

3. In that box (your class) in the upper right hand corner you will see 3 little dots - click on the dots

4. Select ARCHIVE

5. This will archive your class that you are finished with. 

This is very easy to do and won’t take long...IF you need help please do not hesitate to ask!

This MUST be done so when the students sign into their Google Classroom they are not seeing their previous years classroom.
