To avoid potential student issues, you can temporarily disable student video while you are sharing your screen in a session.

Click "Participants".

For each student, hover on the camera icon, click on "more" and select stop video.

Students will not be able to resume video until you go back to Participants, hover over the blocked camera icon, click on "more" and select "Ask to start video".

Each student will need to click "Ok" to re-start video.
